SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping in Australia - Wide for orders over $150

Flat rate of $15.00 postage cost, we use Australia Post and recycled satchel/boxes with tracking on delivery to ensure safe arrival of your order.

We also offer free pickup at Parramatta NSW on Tuesday/Thursdays only once you received the confirmation email.

Auslanity is committed to delivering your order at the best possible times.

It means we make every attempt to dispatch your order within the next 7-14 business days, not including custom orders.

However, we will endeavour to keep you updated on how your order progresses. We would advise waiting for at least 7 business days to receive your order before you contact us, although we will do our best to deliver before 7-14 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

Receipts and tax invoices must be valid and intact, All refunds will be provided back in the original tender.

With the exception of custom orders unless damaged, the buyer will be responsible for postage and once we check over genuine damage we will refund postage and item's refund or can be arranged for drop off in some Sydney location.
